For the MIPS 2024 Performance Year, you still need to earn 75 points to avoid the 9% penalty completely. Starting early, maintaining a consistent MIPS workflow throughout the year, and earning as many points as possible will help mitigate the potential for a negative adjustment and maximize your success.
