Quality Measurement Across Locations and EHRs
Alternative Payment Models (APMs) are on the rise as the transition to value-based care accelerates. Increasingly, healthcare practices and organizations are being asked to take on risk and significant incentives and penalties are at stake.
Mingle Health is experienced at bringing together data from multiple sources and giving you a complete view of quality measure performance across locations and EHRs. To help you highlight success and diagnose challenges, we allow you to drill-down by practice, provider, and patients.
By the time you submit your data for the performance year, you are already two months into the next year. Waiting until you submit your final data to know your score is too late to make improvements. Let us help you monitor your quality throughout the year so that you can keep 100% of your shared savings and incentive payments.
APM Performance Pathway and ACO Reporting
In the 2021 Final Rule, CMS announced the new APM Performance Pathway (APP) which is now required for MSSP ACOs. In addition, 2021 is the last year for the web interface mechanism. The good news is the new QPP participation option reduces the number of measures from 10 to 3 and aligns the reporting process more closely with MIPS, which many providers and practices are familiar with.
APMs with multiple EHRs or different workflows across member organizations will likely face challenges in their ability to aggregate data for their ACO reporting.
Mingle Health is here to help. We work with you holistically to meet your goals and bring together data, review workflows, and analyze quality measures.
Quality Analysis and Monitoring
For ACOs, we use your CMS Claims Line Feed (CCLF) files to identify your attributed patient population. Combined with aggregating data from multiple EHRs you get a picture of your performance throughout the year. Find your opportunities to improve performance with reports that allow you to drill-down to contributing practices and providers. When it comes time to submit your data there are no surprises. And we can guide you in the transition from web interface to the APP mechanism.
Changing EHRs mid-year? No problem. Need to understand how to get clinical data for measure performance? We can help. Want to drill-down by practice, provider, and patient? Our tools unlock critical insights for your team.
