By the time you submit, it’s too late
If you are in an ACO, your quality score determines the percent of the shared savings that you get to keep or if you are a CPC+ practice, your quality score determines the amount of your Performance-Based Incentive Payment (PBIP) you are required to pay back.
By the time you submit your data for the performance year, you are already two months into the next year. Waiting until you submit your final data to know your score is too late to make improvements. Let us help you monitor your quality throughout the year so that you can keep 100% of your shared savings and incentive payments.
ACO Reporting and Quality Analysis
For ACOs, we use your CMS Claims Line Feed (CCLF) files to identify your attributed patient population. Combined with aggregating data from multiple EHRs you get a picture of your performance throughout the year. Find your opportunities to improve performance with reports that allow you to drill-down to contributing practices and providers. When it comes time to submit your data via the CMS Web Interface, there are no surprises. And we can automate much of your submission to minimize the number of chart audits during that crucial eight-week window after you get your patient list.
CPC+ Reporting and Quality Monitoring
We can help you with submission of eCQMs for CPC+ practices. Changing EHRs mid-year? No problem, we take QRDA I files from multiple EHRs and aggregate them into a single 2015 QRDA III submission. Or your EHR not certified to be able to report at the site level, we segregate the data to meet that requirement for CPC+.
