Dr. Dan Mingle, MD MS, has decades of experience in healthcare and motivation for providing better patient care that led him to start Mingle Health, now Mingle Health.
He started owning and operating a small group family practice in rural Maine, and moving through roles at a small hospital to residency, and as faculty at Dartmouth Medical School’s Family Practice Residency, where he received advanced training in measuring health care performance and leading change in complex medical organizations. He then served in a leadership role in clinical informatics at MaineGeneral Medical Center and sought additional training and practice in Transact SQL. Along the way he developed a national reputation for quality reporting and in 2008 was named one of nine "Innovators of the Year" by Healthcare Informatics magazine.
In 2012, he founded Mingle Health, eager to devote his passions and skills to creating best-in-class products and services designed to help providers and medical organizations thrive in the business and practice of healthcare. He used his first-hand insight into many of the problems that plague our health care system, including bureaucratic inefficiencies and ever-increasing costs, to grow the company into an industry leader focused on through transforming healthcare through data-driven solutions. In 2018, Mingle Health merged with SilverVue, and Dr. Mingle became the executive chairman of Mingle Health.
Will West is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist with over three decades of experience bringing technology to market, taking companies from startup to public. With experience building companies STSN (now iBAHN), the worldwide leader in broadband services for business travelers, and home automation provider Control4, Will ventured into the healthcare industry to create Silvervue in 2014. He believes that technology can transform healthcare; in 2018, his cloud-based healthcare technology company SilverVue merged with Mingle Health to become Mingle Health, where he became CEO to lead the company into its next chapter to provide analytics and a map for value-based healthcare to practices.
Will holds a degree in Finance from the University of Utah, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds the CFA designation. When he is not spending time at SilverVue, he is enjoying family time at Lake Powell, his favorite place on earth. Will and his wife Lisa have six children.
Eric is an influential innovator and founder of several successful technology companies. Prior to joining Mingle Health (formerly SilverVue), Eric was Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Control4 (NASDAQ: CTRL). While there, Eric architected and led the development of the products that made Control4 the leader that it is today. Eric joined SilverVue because of his strong belief that technology can save money in healthcare and make lives better.
Prior to Control4, he co-founded STSN (now iBahn), the worldwide leader in broadband services for business travelers. Eric developed the intellectual property that made it possible to simplify Internet protocols and offer fast, convenient broadband service to travelers staying in more than 500,000 hotel rooms in 300 cities around the world. Prior to STSN, Eric co-founded PHAST Corporation, which quickly became the leading control system in the residential control systems market.
Eric holds a degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University. Eric is a parent of seven children and loves to travel.
Gay De Hart, Senior Vice-President of Managed Clinical Services, has been with Mingle Analytics, now Mingle Health, since its start in 2012. In her current role she is responsible for translating the complex rules of MACRA and the Quality Payment Program into trusted solutions for Mingle Health customers. She regularly publishes blog posts, provides trainings and gives presentations on the Quality Payment Program. In addition, she guides some of Mingle’s most complex customers, including ACOs and regional networks, to quality reporting success. As a former physician practice manager, she understands the extreme challenges facing practices in this rapidly-changing environment of value-based care.
Sandy Martin has spent nearly 20 years working as a Human Resources professional primarily within the healthcare industry. An HR Generalist at heart, she brings a range of practical expertise in supporting the needs of both the business and the workforce including talent attraction and recruitment, growth and development, compensation and benefits, compliance and risk management as well as workplace culture.
She has successfully led the HR effort in companies ranging in structure from start-up to mature corporations. Her ability to listen to others and share critical observations has helped to build her solid reputation as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees throughout the organization.
Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Maine and is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
She lives in Western Maine with her family.
