Mingle Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (DBA Mingle Health) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to our public Websites (https://minglehealth.com) and Web Application sites (MIPS Solutions® at https://portal.mingleanalytics.com and Check™ https://check2.silvervue.com/) as well as any other domains owned and utilized by Mingle Health. This policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Mingle Health. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this policy, you should not use the Websites or Web Applications.

We periodically update this Privacy Policy. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice by sending you an email notification, or if you use the Web Applications, through the Notification panel in the Mingle Health portal.

This Privacy Policy is not intended to supersede policies, terms and conditions outlined in the Mingle Health Master Services Agreement (“Services Agreement”) and Business Associates Agreement (“BAA”) that govern privacy and security of healthcare and business data provided to Mingle by clients. Clients and Partners who make a purchase and utilize the Mingle Health Web Application including MIPS Solutions® must also agree to the Services Agreement and BAA. Alternatively, a Client or Partner can present their BAA for signature by Mingle Health. The most recent Mingle Health Master Services Agreement and BAA are available here.

While we will notify you of any material changes to this Privacy Policy and other policies, we encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. We will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.

Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Websites and Web Applications, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. We also collect the information you provide us including personal information collected using web forms, live chat, and order information. Additionally, as you browse the sites, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Websites and Web Applications, and information about how you interact with the Websites and Web Applications. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

  • “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
  • “Log files” track actions occurring on the Websites and Web Applications, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Websites and Web Applications. Additionally when you download a resource, register for a webinar, or make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Websites and Web Applications, or otherwise enter information in any field on our website, we may collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, mailing address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number, and any other information entered into form fields on our website.  We refer to this information as “Organization and Order Information.”

From time to time, we may receive Personal Information about you from third party sources including partners with which we offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities, publicly available sources such as social media websites, and partners who provide industry and event attendee lists.

By referencing “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean both Device Information as well as Organization and Order Information.

Our clients may also have their own privacy practices and/or policies that govern their collection and use of your data. We are not responsible for how our clients treat the information we collect on their behalf, and we recommend you review their own privacy policies. For further information on your rights and choices regarding Client Data, see the “Your Rights and Choices” section below.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the information that we collect generally to fulfill and bill any orders placed through the Websites and Web Applications (including processing your payment information, providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this information to:

  • Communicate with you;
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Websites and Web Applications (for example, by generating analytics about how our clients browse and interact with the Websites and Web Applications, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We partner with third party ad networks to either display advertising on our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partners use cookies and Web beacons to collect information about your activities on this and other Web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests.  If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you targeted ads, you may opt-out by clicking here: http://preferences.truste.com (or if located in the European Union, by clicking here: http://www.youronlinechoices.eu). Please note this does not opt you out of being served advertising.  You will continue to receive generic ads.

The use of cookies and web beacons by any tracking utility company is not covered by our Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.  For example, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our clients use the Websites and Web Applications–you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here:  https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy.  You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here:  https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We work with companies that help us run our business and provide our Services. These companies may provide services such as hosting content, processing and collecting payments, providing support and sending communications on our behalf. These companies may have access to your personal information as required to help us run our business and provide our Services.
We may also share basic information about you and your organization with our referral and value-added reseller partners (“Vendor Partner”) if it is determined that an organization is a mutual client of Mingle Health and an established Vendor Partner, especially if your order utilized an official partner coupon code. Shared information can include name, contact information, purchase history, and Web Applications usage data and progress.

We may share information when you have consented to the sharing; e.g. if the web form you filled out included a notice that your information would be shared for the provided reason. Shared information can include name, contact information, and any additional information provided on the form which indicates data to be shared.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Behavioral Advertising

Do Not Track

Please note that we do not alter our Websites and Web Applications data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Data Retention

When you provide personal information or place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information in which case we will remove the information, as allowable by law.
You may opt out of receiving mailings, newsletters or other communications we may provide from time-to-time by modifying your Services profile or by unsubscribing to the marketing mailings or newsletters you no longer desire. To unsubscribe, please follow the “Update Email Preferences” or “Unsubscribe” instructions that are contained within the mailing, newsletter or other communication that we send to you. You may also send us a message at hello@minglehealth.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line, together with a description of the communications you no longer desire to receive.

Changes

As stated above, we may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
