APM Performance Pathway and ACO Reporting

In the 2021 Final Rule, CMS announced the APM Performance Pathway (APP), which is now a quality reporting requirement for MSSP ACOs. The good news is this QPP participation option reduces the number of measures required for ACOs and aligns the reporting process more closely with MIPS, which many providers and practices are familiar with.
