MUSE Collaborative Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR)
Mingle Health was approved by CMS in 2017 to provide a QCDR for MUSE Collaborative members participating in the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS). Our QCDR provides MUSE members with the opportunity to make a full MIPS submission that is aligned to the MUSE Collaborative goal of improving practice performance, including patient satisfaction.
What is a QCDR?
A qualified clinical data registry (QCDR) is a CMS-approved entity that has successfully completed a qualification process. A QCDR collects medical and/or clinical data for patient and disease tracking to foster improvement in the quality of care provided to patients. A QCDR’s measures can include non-MIPS measures (known as QCDR measures) that may be more appropriate for the quality focus of an organization than the standard MIPS measures.
The Mingle Health MUSE Collaborative QCDR supports all MIPS measures (including eCQMs) as well as several QCDR measures.
