|January 22, 2018||CMS Web-Interface: Portal opens for 2017 Web-Interface submissions|
|February 1, 2018||Mingle Health Priority Registration Deadline*|
|March 16, 2018||CMS Web-Interface: Portal closes for 2017 Web-Interface submissions|
